Hi there tfields,
if you find a good answer I would very much like to hear about it.
I am a man and since about five years ago I started growing those baggies too. I think from medicine use or from lasering my eyes. Now they look like big bleu garbage bags. I already have tried some cosmetics like Clarins for men and Nivea and massage and cold and warm water in the mornings.
Nothing so far. So if you hear something apart from cosmetic surgery please let me know. I am tired of looking tired all day long.
