A Simple Remedy for Overeating

0 Recommendations

Water. Its benefits for a natural and safe way of suppressing overeating is often ignored. Here's an example of how it works.

About thirty minutes before eating meals drink 2 to 3 glasses of water. And when feeling hungry in-between meals, drink the same amount before snacking. Aside from doing wonders for your natural body detox, it will give you a feeling of fullness in your tummy.

Also cook more soupy dishes, especially when they're too fatty. Aside from slicing off the fat, cook beef or pork by boiling in water. You may get rid of the stew after the first boiling to get rid of more fats. Then pour in a fresh round of water.

After a meal, drink water after an hour. This allows natural digestive acids to do their work thoroughly without interruption from the water you drink.

Make use of water to aid your weight loss. It's safe and most inexpensive.
