It's been a little bit since I've posted a journal entry, things have been really emotional around here. On Saturday September 27, 2008 Tyler and his Grandma traveled back to Duke University. We decided to go ahead and do the Unrelated Cord Blood Treatment. This week will be filled with more tests and Tyler will be admitted October 6th to begin Chemotherapy. The airport was nice enough to let all six of us go back to say our good byes to Tyler and it was very emotional. Everyone was crying, including Tyler. He looked at me and said, "Mom I'm sick so now I don't have to go on the airplane" He did not want to go away from any of us. I am going to go see Tyler after the baby comes and Tyler can't wait to meet our new addition to the family. I will write more when I find anything else out.
