TRH therapy for Alexander Disease?

Hi Everybody!

I wanted to check if anybody had any experience with TRH (thyrotropin releasing hormone) therapy for alexander disease?

Any input will be greatly appreciated.

The doctor of my brother -that was just diagnosed with juvenile Alexander disease- showed us a publication/Case report regarding this treatment on a girl in Japan (by Dr. Keiko Ishigaki) and I wanted to hear if anybody has or had any experiences or recommendations.

I think I have a copy of this study, and would be very interested in any other patient who have had this done.
