THE HEART OF A MOTHER

To All Mothers Everywhere,
God keep you in His loving Care.
Some hearts have been bruised, tattered and torn,
As we raised these little ones since the day they were born.

We love the children God gave to us,
He had His reasons, and we must trust,
He will see them through to their Heavenly Home,
No More will our little prodigals roam.

Some were little rebels from the start,
But our love poured out from a mother's heart,
God's love shone through to make us strong,
We loved as if they did no wrong.

Those tender years when they were small,
Many fond memories we recall,
Their Innocence, so pure and sweet,
They captured our hearts, made us weep.

We thanked the Lord the day they were born,
Though many trials and many storms,
Over the years have taken their toll,
but we wouldn't trade them for a soul.

God see's our hearts and knows our fears,
He has held us close and dried our tears.
He watches over us day and night,
Our children are never far from his sight.

Blessed you are to have heard God's call,
Whether adopted, born to you, matters not at all.
These children need a guiding hand,
Only the heart of a mother could understand.

Of all the Mothers on this Earth,
Mary was the Most Blessed, to Birth,
Jesus, Our Lord and Sacrifice,
She held and carassed the Face of Christ!
