I am feeling quite lost as usual, had total thryroid removed following the discovery of papillery carcenoma on the right lobe. Had moved ino some lymph nodes around the central neck region, had the I131 treatment December 2008. Now up for my 12 month scan, starting to come off T4 and now taking T3 morning and night! Gained 15 kg since operation in 2008 and see no light at the end of the tunnel.
Not that you can see, but i am the glass half full person. Hard to remain positive with the toll the meds take on your body. I need a great diet to help with the onslaught of weight, any ideas out there?
