I'll spare a lot of details. My son (18 months) was just DX with TRAPS. The MD's here are shocked and said they will start sending us to speacailst to "treat" this disease. I am sure my other two boys have TRAPS, however we still need to get them tested to confirm. For now I wanted to know what parents have found that has brought relief to their children. I know that when I eat sugar, I ache. Do parents have pratical approaches for flare-ups? What meds work the best and what are your success stories. I have been dealing with chronically ill children for 11 years and been treated like I was crazy by most specalist that they have seen. What is some advice parents have for treating this condition and giving children the best possible outcome? Like most of you, I'm exhausted and need some support from parents who have "been there and done that". LOL Jen
