I eat 300 cal breakfast 400 cal lunch and 120 cal snack. Everything is going fine and I am feeling good. Then dinner comes along and I eat anywhere from 800-1200 cal though I am only suppose to eat 480. Urghhhhhhh. I don't know why I do this. I want to eat well. I want to accomplish my goals. It just seems like a pretty picture in the background that I can never reach.
HELP!
