Mantras, Combatting Stress & A Busy Schedule

I will be returning to full-time work again. After being on disability for a few months, it's time to get back to it.

I am a bit anxious, as I do not want to get back into a routine that can be hazardous. I have had time to pull back the lens and look at the way I've been doing life. And, while I am certain that I've adopted better habits (eating well, resting, swimming regularly) to maintain my health, going back to work concerns me. I am grateful for work, yet I know I must pace myself.

Any short sayings, quotes, or mantras would be appreciated.

A few I've used in the past:

"Just breathe."
"Let go, let God."
"Boring is good."
