Similar push in Maine right now, but not as a mandate at this point. However the support was overwhelming. (unfunded mandates don't fly here in the Educ. committee). Bill for Immunity will be made broad. I'll work on requirement and appropriations next time.
It is good that MA has it in Public Health.
