AED use at home

Hello, all:

I'm a reporter with MSNBC.com who is waiting to talk with a representative from the SCAA about this issue. I'm also looking to speak with people who've had experiences with SCA.

There's a new study in next week's New England Journal of Medicine that raises questions about use of AEDs at home.

I'm just wondering whether anyone on this site relies on AEDs after SCA and would care to talk about what it means to have one on hand.
