Stroke or Migraine?

Hi Everyone,
I have had a stroke but the doctors haven't found anything in the ct or mri. My speech is affected and have hard time with rt side and my throat feels like there is a chicken bone down there. I have hard time walking walk with a walker. Let me start from the beginning it was on the 7th of this mo. I woke up and was getting ready for work when I went into the shower everything began to go in slow motion and then my speech was affected and my mouth and rt side. I had a headache like 2 days before was throwing up and stuff and laid in bed for a day before this happen any ways I went to the er and had the ct done and a mri done but nothing showed up that is what they say. So anyway they sent me home and I began to walk funny so asked doctor for a walker and then when I went to see her she prescribed speech therapy and physical and oct. and she put down on one of my forms cva and then on another form she filled out she put possible cva due to complicated migraine. I have to go to a neuro doc in nov. but still would like to know what it is I have so I can try to get better and at least know but the way these doctors are its frustrating. I think it was more than 1 stroke but no one is telling me anything and with my speech affected its hard to get stuff out and remember and then its just so tiring and frustrating. And then my writing is bad too thank God for spell check this is just a swift kick in the ego never thought that it would happen to me I am only 49 but do have heart problems too.
