Given my recent "Massive Pulmonary Event" as they described it which landed me in the Hospital for a week has a silver lining.

I am now getting to see the UCSF Interstitial Lung Disease Group http://www.ucsfhealth.org/adult/medical_services/pulmonary/ild/ and have appointments for the end of this month.

After a horrific year of unbearable suffering that led to hospitalization, I feel the light at the end of the tunnel is no longer an on coming train but the light of hope.

I'll keep my Journal up to date here with how things are progressing.
