Interesting and challinging life on the King's Highway

Hi all! Life gets more and more interesting. Sunday I was speaking on being at one with the Lord through music. I played a song for our small group - a song from a tape my husband got at an auction. It was a recording of the original, and not a good one. We wanted to find the original. When we went to a small thrift store in town my husband found the original for 10 cents. The song spoke to us. It's called "Not too far from here." - Someone is hurting, Lord = not too far from here. Someone is down to their last dime - not too far from here........ Monday I spent time with a client who was going through a diificult situation - thanks be to God, after a few hours doors opened for her to have her needs met and be in a safe place, her and her children. ........Last night we received a phone call, and went for our 18 yr old grandaughter - at midnight. At least I was off today......I don't know how long she will be with us, but we're hoping and praying that it will make a difference. She is very attached to me, and knows that I can't be stressed. We'll take this one a day at a time. Pray she is able to find work, and keep working. She wants her own place. Keep on keeping on, press forward one day at a time and keep the faith. Blessings!
