There was a time -- I absolutely loved this time of year, we would body surf, make sand castles then watch the fireworks. All and all a perfect day. These days I avoid the sun, as a result I am no longer invited to picnics, barbecues. I used to go and try to find a place in the shade, truth is umbrellas don't offer me the kind of protection I need. So right now I am feeling a bit sorry for myself and all of the other sun avoiders.
Need to be grateful because I can sleep the night, and am breathing ok, just miss the old me...
