so i'v been told that my insurance company has approved for me to get humira...i'm scared of this medicine because it's an injection. has anyone ever been put on humira? before i can get this medicine..i have to get screened for TB and get some more blood work done..meanwhile i'm taking 10 mg of prednisone and i haven't been having any real chest pains since i've been on these pills. so i really hop that this humira is going to work in my favor..the thing that gets me is that i know i have to try different meds in order to find out what's going to work for my body..but at the same time..i feel like a guinea pig.

Sarcoidosis and the Body
Sarcoidosis is a "multiorgan" disease - meaning it almost always involves more than one organ. It's unpredictable and affects different people in different ways.

You can learn about the ways in which sarcoidosis affects the body in FSR's Sarcoidosis and the Body brochure.
