Another Pulm Visit.

0 Recommendations

I had another pulm visit today. He told me that the last CT and chest X-Ray look real good and that the lymph nodes show no more inflamation. He wants to cut me down on the pred. I am on 30mg now and he wants to cut me back to 25 for 10 days, and then 20 for a month and then 15 for a month. He is telling me that the reason for my lack of breath is because of the weight gain I have done. He truly feels that my sarc will be gone absolute when the pred is done and does not support me with my application for social security disability that I had filed back in Feb.
I have not been employed since Oct 08 and have been trying to get the SSD. Now I feel that I am screwed!

Help and information from FSR

Sarcoidosis and the Body
Sarcoidosis is a "multiorgan" disease - meaning it almost always involves more than one organ. It's unpredictable and affects different people in different ways.

You can learn about the ways in which sarcoidosis affects the body in FSR's Sarcoidosis and the Body brochure.
