Pulmonary Hypertension and Sarc

I have both Pulmonary Sarcoidosis and Pulmonary Hypertension, there is also a possibility that I have cns involvement too.

My question to everyone with these diseases is what treatments are they on for both of these and have any if these treatments failed. Is anyone on Ambrisentan for PH (I am on Mycophenolate for Sarc).
