Does anyone have problems with excessive dry eyes? I also am thirsty all of the time, but I am not a diabetic. Do these symptoms seem to be normal for sarc? I just don't know. Thanks and God bless.

Sarc is doing a number on my eyes but they never felt dry. An Opthamologist is the person who diagnosed me with Sarc. If your worried I'd set up an appointment. Good Luck.
I would get a lip biospy to rule out Sjogren's which is similar to Sarc. It is the thirst which is telling, usually.
Regards,
I.
I have extremely dry mouth and eyes along with uveitis in the eyes. My eye doc said I probably have Sjogren's syndrome with sarc. He said that he sees them go hand in hand a lot and guess what the treatment is? Prednisone drops for uveitis and lubricating drops for dry eye. I also need restasis drops for my severe dry eyes.
Well I do have Sjogren's syndrome so I guess I shouldn't be surprised with the dry eyes then. Thanks a bunch everyone.
I had Heerfordt syndrome, it's a type of sarcoidosis with salivary and lacrimal gland inflammation. That explains it. I had uveitis too.
Xylitol chewing gum hals for the dry mouth and artifical tears for the eye.
