My hands stay so cold! Esprcially at nite. I just asked my son to look for me a pair of gloves to wear while I type. My feet are cold alot to but not as much as the hands. Also sometimes wen I lay down to go to sleep. I am freezing all over, So I will heat a blanket up in the dryer and put it under the cover already on the bed. Becuz I am shivering cold. But then I wake up so hot I am suffacating. Does any one else do this?
I get both as well. Some of mine are related to the Raynards. My doc told me to always wear mittens and socks even in the summer and I live in Florida!

I have this time ti time. I may start off the evening with 3 blankets and my heaviest pjs. Then in the middle of the night, I wake up sweating. I thought it may be an affect of the meds or mt thyroid
I have it since i got my flue vaccination 3 weeks ago. I keep on trowing on and getting out of clothes all the time. Prrf.
Years ago i only had terrible night sweats.

You might have some thyroid issues foing on - see an Endocrinologist for a thorough eval. Could be you are having symptoms of 'thyroid storm'.
