Anyone have any ideas that could help me? I usually have no trouble falling to sleep. My problem is that I wake after about 4 hours (3 am typically), and from there on get anywhere from 0 - 3 hours sleep. I usually need at least 6.5 hours, ideally 7.5 hours. I have tried Ambien and Ambien CR, but they don't do much. I follow most/all basic sleep hygene rules (keep tv off; keep room cool and dark; bed used only for sleep; etc.) Any suggestions would be appreciated.
