I have started getting this frequent nightmares somewhere around 2 am every night. Once I wake up I cannot get myself to sleep till 6 am. I feel sleepy at around 6.30 am but then I got to get up by 7.00 am to go to the office. This is really taking a major toll on my mental health and I am tired most of the time. My friend suggested nytol but I am not sure how safe this and if it can be taken without prescriptions. Please advice..
