Slept well - still tired during the day

0 Recommendations

I just don't get it. I actually had a good night's sleep two nights in a row!! Both nights I went to bed around 12am (which is pretty early for me) and woke up at 7:30. Slept through the whole night. The thing is that I am really tired during the day even though I slept well.

Anyone out there experience anything like this?

From what I understand, there are 2 times each day when your body generates a huge supply of new red blood cells. One of those times is around 3:00 PM, and this makes many people tired. Is that when you get tired?

It used to be that around 2-3pm I would get tired and then grab a cup of coffee but these past few days I have been tired in the morning through the afternoon and then perk up in the evening. Very weird. I think I drink too much coffee through the day (about 6 cups). Maybe that has something to do with this.

Oh well.

yes, that is what i consider my down time. just to get through i usually drink somthing with caffiene or eat junk food, i know neither is the best for me.
