i don't know how many of you have these disorders. what i would like to know, does any of you who do have these or even one of these, do you end up with bruises on your legs from kicking yourself in your sleep? any suggestions on how to stay safe while sleeping? thanks.

While my wife doesnt have RLS, but she has been using a big body pillow to help limit her movements while asleep. (She is 7 months pregnant.) It is a "C" shaped pillow, which contours to the body...



The neat thing is that the bottom part sits between the knees and is kept in place by the part of the pillow that supports the back. Here is an example of what she has.
