Not tired the second I get into bed

0 Recommendations

I was wondering if anyone has this problem. I get pretty tired around midnight and the second I get into bed I am wide awake for about an hour or two. Nothing seems to help e.g. reading. Anyone experience this or have any tips/advice?

Thanks,

Oskar

I have the same thing happen to me all the time. Last night I got home around 11:30 pm exhausted. (Was out seeing some friends after work.) I took a hot shower to relax, then got into bed.

Sure enough, I check the alarm clock and then realize that I am no longer tired. A second wind was cool in college at a party, but not when you need to get out of bed in 6 hours.

I read for a bit, and finally fell asleep around 3AM.... At least the weekend is coming up and I can sleep in on Sat morning.

I have your problem. I could be dead tired but when My head hits that bed my eyes are wide open and always wondering what to do. We took TV out of the bed room. I get up after 20 minutes and walk around.

Does walking around work for you or does it just wake you up even more?
