Take a look at this NYT article from a few months ago about insomnia and getting a good night sleep. Discusses how changing your lifestyle can impact your sleeping habits. Sounds obvious but might be helpful to some. Though I have to say that the part about changing your mattress has worked for my sister. She and her husband could not get a good night sleep. They bought a new mattress and walla. zzzz zzzz.
Anyway, I would love to hear what people think about it or any other "tips" they might have for insomnia.
