In May I started to experience dry itchy flakey burning stuff on the backs of my hands. I decided to go to my PCP and 5 different doctors had no idea what it was. So in July I went to a dermatologist in my area. I found them through my insurance. They told me I had excezma. I was priscribed a steroid cream and it temporarily went away. then a few weeks later it came back. So I decided to find another dermatologist and this time he told me that I have psoriasis. He gave me another steroid cream and this time it cleared up and went away. I still have redness in the area but not dry itchy flakey and burny. I also have it under my arms and on my elbows but they don't bother me so I just use lotion for that. I was so relieved to find out the truth to what i had 7 doctors later.
