Strenth Of Mind And Body

Looking back over the years i have found that i can be a strong person. When i was in the military, i achieved unbelievable physical strength. I was slim and fit and could do anything. When it was my life, to stay fit, and all my friends were in the same shape, it was sooo easy to maintain my fitness. I have been able to achieve almost anything i have put my mind to threw out my life. My problem has been maintaining it for life. I will lose weight,, or gain strength, but at some point, i let it slip away. I have asked lots of people and this seems to be normal. With this knowledge, as i fix the things i don't like about my self, i am trying to set up a series of networks and safety nets to ensure i never fall back into old habits. Has anyone else out there had trouble maintaining the things they have worked soooo hard to accomplish? How do you do it? I am doing yoga now, thanks to my wonderful friend Bella,,, which has been a source of strength!
