It has been 7 weeks my Mom has started her immunosuppressive therapy for her systemic scleroderma. She has already been in the hospital twice-one time for an entire week due to a fever. Turns out that one of the three medicines she is using the one named Septra/TMZ was causing the fever. They also lowered the dosage on Cyclophosphamide and Prednisone. She still coughs up and gets less sleep than normal but it was nowhere near bad before the treatment. She is using an oxygen tank and that helps. My sister and I chip to hire a woman who is has a background with preparing natural foods and she is real big help with cleaning my Mom's place as well as taking her to her doctor visits.
