My grandson goes to Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center / Brenner's Children's Hospital in North Carolina. He will be 7 in October. So far the only thing we DO KNOW is that he has Asthma and Pancreatic Enzyme Def. Disorder. He has been tested for CF, Chron's Disease, Celiac Disease, Diabetes, R.Arthritis, Lupus. All the test came back negative. He has a Pulmonary Spec. and a GI Spec. Another Endoscopy was done the GI Spec. took fluid and did a biopsy. When we went back for the results the test came back negative. He said that he is puzzled and has no explaination why he has the enzyme def. He told us that he is on the meds that he would treat a CF patient with. He is on Creon 10 daily. He takes a acid blocker also. We are scratching our heads here. We don't know what to do next. Should he be seen by another type of Spec. and what kind? Other Test and what? If you have any information and can help or if you are in the medical field please your information will be welcomed. We just want to know what the cause is and go from there. Also all of his other organs are fine. Thanks......KathyG
