I sure wish I had pictures of me falling in a store today to send Medicare. I reached over to get a pair of socks from a shelf that was on wheels and not braced in any way. The shelf started rolling, I started rolling and on the way down I hit another rack. This has been happening alot lately and I think it may be time to take the small wheelchair I have shopping from now on to stores that don't provide them. A friend of mine got it at a Thrift store and it's either for a child or small adult because when I get up from it I have impressions from the side on my thighs. LOL Any more steroid pigouts and I won't fit at all. Mostly my pride was hurt and I wasn't hurt other than a couple of scrapes that bled a bit. I hate when I forget I am handicapped and try to do "NORMAL" things like everyone else. Maybe I should make a reminder sign and hang it on the front of my walker.............
