Since being diagnosed with Madelung's yers ago and have not gotten any help from DR'S ,for the last three or so yers I kept telling the dr's that my elbows hurt all the time. They would not even take an x=ray of them.Lately they were hurting so bad I went to a 24 hour clinic and they xrayed them(it felt like the bones were broke) well they said it was epicondylitis,this is a type of tennis elbow but with the madelung's this is all connected. When I looked it up it said it said the ligiments& tendons are degenerating and surgery could be done. It also says causes extreme pain that radiates down the arm into the hand. Has anyone else had this diagnoses or had surgery? If so did you get any relieve? I am waitin to get connected with a new dr.Would like to hear from anyone who has had this.
