One more meeting this year. Our wonderful Dallas meeting in December. That's where it all started back in 2004. March 13th and La Donna and Maurice and Jim and so many others. We've lost so many and of coursed gained many and our dear Maurice is with us no more.
Steve and I can't wait for the meeting and I do hope we have a good turnout of people who were at that very first meeting besides the wonderful newbie's that we have met along the way.
The line up for next year is so phenomenal and exciting and Maurice would be so proud. I wonder if his dear Carole, our dear Carole, will be coming. She is so stoic, or appears that way. La Donna, who has not been well; talk about stoic, the woman is my idol. Her dear Arthur; what a love match that still is.
Steve and I will be staying with Allie. She gives up her room and bath to us, bless her heart. But it is the heart of Texas. Stephanie and so many others.
This coming March it will be 5 years since the first meeting in Dallas. To quote someone, "Who'd a thunk it?"
Soon there will not be a need for support meetings. I really see that cure around the corner.
