Waiting for Diagnosis

My neurologist thinks I might have CIDP. We have ruled out MS. We have tried to get a Nerve Study done twice now and I haven't been able to complete either one. Does anyone know if there is any other way to diagnose this? I read somewhere on the internet that a nerve biopsy can be done. Does anyone know anything about that? How do they do it? Do they put you to sleep? I haven't told my neurologist that my feet hurt so bad and they feel like they are burning on the inside. Bad enough to the point where I can't hardly walk. I need help and answers.

I don't have an answer for you, but thought I would let you know sometimes we have to see more than one neurologist to have the right diagnosis. Don't give up till you have the answer. It might be a combination of things. God bless.

I had to see several neurologist to finally get my diagnosis of restless leg syndrome now I am having other problems as well and I can really understand how frustrating it is for u but please let your dr know of all your symtoms even if u dont think they are worth mentioning. keep in touch and god bless you
