Well My gf has this disease and Sometimes I stay up all night trying to find break throughs for you all- but haven't had much luck - i'm sure you all know that! But I have found something interesting for you all to read -
There was tests done on Rats .... have a look - let me know what your ideas are - because im trying to help as well!
