Facial Muscles: Deep set forehead and cheek muscles

I saw a program on Discovery Health concerning this symptom. I don't remember what the final diagnosis was. I have been searching around and having no luck at all. I don't know how to get on to be able to inquire about it. The muscles have deep grooves,not just wrinkles. The grooves stay and don't relax.
Anyone ever hear of this symptom?

Was it the one with an middle aged fellow that suddenly got very deep, deep wrinkles in his forehead and his face got kinda puffy -- the wrinkles didn't go away.
it was Pro IGF(2) Tumor on the lung
I looked on their website, but they don't have a link to it any more, but I do remember that he had a tumor on his lung the size of a basketball. Hope this helps.
