My dear, i don't know what that is. But i do KNOW that everything happens for a reason. God is in Control..We only think we have control. My children both have ADHD which is nothing compared to yours i am sure but i am saying this cause all their lives i have been the blame for everything that they do and everything that has happen to them...Now 21 and 23 i have learned to let go of that guilt. when people can't seem to find someone to blame it will be you. It is your responsiblity NOT and i mean NOT to ACCEPT that blame. Later at some point you will realize WHY but for now TRUST that God has a reason...and NEVER let ANYONE tell you its your fault cause if not with this situation it will be something else in life..Take Care i will be praying for you...
First of all nobody know what is normal, since the only things necessary for learning are interest and some memory. And secondly: I as one of the "weird children" am pretty sure that the best thing for a parent is to forget about who should be blamed for what and focus on particular problems- this was the case in my family: my childhood was pretty tough, since parents felt themselves ashamed and guilty. As a result we lost many years of communication. But now everything has turned for the better.
aww thank you for the message. Why do u see yourself as one of the wierd. My daughter sees herself as special and in my eyes she is because everytime she meets a milestone its that bit more special.

Well, the initial diagnosis was hydrocephaly and people here still believe (don't know why), that such children can be born only to alcoholics. So I was regularly told to behave like normal persons and study English, since doctors told that I would not be able to learn anything else. But then doctors discovered I did not have hydrocephaly and I suspect that it helped my parents to get rid of prejudices. Yes, I am pretty unbalanced, moody from time to time and require help in many simple things as for example buying a bookshelf or dealing with house manager. But on the other hand I have acquired a great deal of knowledge on the different aspects of healthcare, so we can help each other in a different way and other things do not matter.
And about health-well I have many problems, but I have recovered very quickly from each of mine operations, managed to survive on my own two concussions, fever induced delirium- so I am apparently tougher than most of people.....
Well anyway I believe that the correct way of thinking is: the only irrevocable thing is death and the rest can be compensated or learned, especially if the person is woman, since our brain are more plastic (we had one figure skater whose head got split open with her partners skate- and she recovered and gathered some medals at European and World championships). However the only real reason for living is to make life as comfortable as possible and one of the most uncomfortable and irritating things is boredom, thus it is essential to learn that world around is interesting. So if the doctors offer something- surgeries or medicine they believe may help (they must motivate it), good, however there is a whole life ahead anyway and one must spent in a most interesting way.
