I got hurt at work and my symptoms got worse. Didn't know I even had this till my Dr. took a MRI after my fall. My comp case was going down the tubes because their doctor said he could find nothing to associate my pain with the fall. Bull Crap!
I need a doctor in my area to confirm it was the fall that has caused complications to this cyst.

I know how you feel. I have been fighting work comp for 6.5 years now and am pretty sick and tired of it. You need to continue to have your docs refer you to the specialists in the area of your injury...neurologists, reumatologists etc. You need to get your medical records from before your injury to prove it was not there previously. Unfortunately, in the world of work comp, you have to prove your innocense because they automatically decide you are a scammer and want what you dont deserve. I am in the middle of a nightmare right now. I had to go to a hearing in June 08 about wc paying for my medical bills and we prevailed. They had 30 days to appeal and did not--and they still are not paying. Hang in there, stay calm and collected. Get yourself a GOOD attorney who specializes in wc and disabilities.
Feel free to chat, we can share our experiences and I will be glad to give you any ideas--believe me, I think I have seen all the tricks they can pull on a person. WC is not designed to protect the worker, it is designed to protect the employer.

Thank you for your support and I hope you find what you need to help your case too. But that long ? Is your attorny incompatent or what? I get pretty busy trying to find help right now. I get pretty down but I always come back fighting. I haven't heard from my lawyer yet but I faxed him what I found. He specializes in injury cases but I think this is a new one for his books. I told him when I met him that it wouldn't be easy because thats the way my life ALWAYS goes. It fact I told my hubby before we married thirty years ago that things will happen but we smile and go on. That is why I have the handle Mishap it's also the one I used on the CB radio to all the other trucks. In my life I've broken my arms 9 times, foot 3 times,
back twice,tailbone twice, and had a roof trap me under it as well as a train side swipe me. These were al seperate accidents. Well I got to go hurts to sit to long. Take care and will write later.
