now that I recalled I had GP I've been learning more about it. Food, almost all, makes me sick...like right away! I figure I should keep a food diary, so, since I'm online so often, may as well start it here!
feb. 1st 2013, ok until did too much work and ate DINNER, lasagna, my old comfort food was one of the most painful experiences this last 4 weeks.
Feb. 2, 2013...my yogurt (plain) and fruit seems to be fine...then any type of heavy food (bread, meat) makes me bloat more and feel full fast...snack-handful of doritos. felt pain and intense bloating, stopped eating.
dinner:half grilled cheese, already very bloated, feels tight like I need a air release valve, but so far ok...side pain on right, still very little BM today..need more veggies but must be correct ones.
