Yes, I wanted to kill people. I was depressed then really happy then really really depressed. I had a few pig out sessions w my dog and cried one time when I had a melt down at a fair. But... I still am smoke free. It has been one of the hardest and most rewarding things I have ever done to date. I don't know what would have happened had I continued to smoke but I know that being smoke free makes me completely aware of my body. I can breathe!
I was up to a pack a day and I called it quits. I said to myself, this is killing me! It is a hard thing to do but I had a long talk with myself over the course of a few months and it came to my attention that I had to want to do it in order for it to work.
So I used the patch and I wanted to commit murder but I got over myself and my health is more important that a ten minute cigarette break.
Good Luck to all those out there trying their best to stop killing themselves.
