Can't get pregnant

Me and my boyfriend have decided to start our family. But the problem is i couldn't get pregnant.

My boyfriend have had Hernia when he was at his mom's womb. He got surgery after he was born. He was fine and doing good since then He got no problems.

In my case, I have my period every month, but i have had Urine infection and barcteria infection or yeast infection. My doctor gave me medicine for it and im doiing fine. But could this affect me from getting pregnant from my past? Or is it him? Or both?

I have so much to ask and find answer to my situation.
