So here recently I have noticed something odd with my breast while pumping milk. It appears that my breast is only expressing milk out of one hole. Now I am not having any tenderness in my breast so I really don't think it is a clogged milk duct, but I know that previously milk was coming out of 3-5 holes. I am just worried that it will reduce again & I will not be expressing any milk. So does anyone have any ideas on this???? Please help!!

My baby was a preemie, so I had to pump....but I kind of went back and forth. One time I'd pump and it would come from 3 holes and sometimes it would only come from 1.......1 being more often. I tried 3 different types of pills but none of them seemed to work well. My lactation consultant said that it could have been due to my PCOS or the stress I was having.
