All pills are a little different, but most of the time you need to be on them for a full month before they are effective. You could definately be pregnant. I would check and see when you ovulated to get a better idea. You can go on parents.com or parenting.com to find out when those days were.

if you have unprotected sex there is ALWAYS a chance for pregnancy. also, the pill does nothing for STD's.
