SPML Surgery

Jeff had his SPML surgery on Tuesday morning. Three days post op, he is already rolling over and scooting down the hallway to play in his bedroom.

The surgery went VERY well! His hips, calves and hamstrings were released. They were a little tighter than the doctor had thought. His little casts look like socks and they don't seem to be phasing him or slowing him down much.

We went right back to therapy on Thursday and he did pretty well although he only made it halfway through.

I am so very happy that I had this done for him and already see an improvement in his hips.
