When did your premies start smiling? I have a 31 weeker. She is 6 weeks adjusted and 15 weeks actual age. She has only smiled a couple of times and want to know when everybodys babies really started to smile.

Emily started smiling everyday and all the time when she hit about 3-3 and a half months adjusted age.. she is 7 months actual. When they start that smiling it just gets cuter and cuter!!
My son got his social smile at 6 weeks adjusted but he'd only smile once every few days. This got more frequent over time and he started smiling all the time only after he was 3 months.
My first baby (35 weeker) smiled at 8 weeks, second baby (36 weeker) smiled at 7 weeks, third baby (33 weeker) smiled at 11 weeks and fourth (32 weeker) smiled at 11 weeks.
