Retained Placenta

0 Recommendations

I am nervous and afraid that i may have this. But i don't know if i do or not because if i did i would most likely have an infection now. I had my daughter via c-section 10 months ago. I have seen two OB's my last one gave me doxycycline to clear up an infection she said she was just covering her basis and didnt know what kind i had or if i had one. I have heard and read about this subject and it sounds just like what i have had. A constant flow of blood for months on end. I am so scared that something will happen to me i have no insurance and i am afraid if i go to the Dr i will get swine flu or something and give it to my baby. Does any know if you had a retained placenta if it would last this long and what you would be feeling at this time and late in the game. Sorry this was long and seems lke a stupid question.
