I am a c5 quad and am looking for a belt to help my posture. Currently I use an elastic and velcro belt and they only have it in one size but I was wondering if there was something better.

Is the belt purely for posture, or is it an abdominal binder? From the way you described the belt, it sounded more like a binder.
If you wanted something for posture, you may want to look into belts which are firmer. Some even has metal strips within the belts to keep one sturdier.
You say you're a C5 quad. Complete or incomplete?
From personal experience via trial and error, I found that posture help with a support help was so so. Do you use a power or manual chair? In my experience, I found that altering and making changes in my manual chair helped most with posture. Do not always look at one thing as a solution. Always try new things. One way may work for you and not for another person.
Btw I'm a C6/C7 complete quad.
As for the belts... goto sportaid.com or any other medical equipment site. I dealt with sportaid many times over the years and they're great. You can even request a catalog. Look over all options before purchasing. Also, swing by most medical supply stores. I'm sure they'll let you try belts on before you buy.
