I just did one set of 100 curls with 35 lb dumb bells. It was real painful. In fact, I am pissing on myself a little right now. That is the sign of a real man.

Hi Mikey,
You’ve gone through three of the most challenging years you can go through and still have your keen and intelligent mind and your sense of humor. You seem to have conquered the battle of depression and self-pity so many of us go through and can’t seem to get over. 100 curls with 35 lbs is a great accomplishment. Be proud you can do this. You keep up your physical exercises with an honorable enthusiasm I am in envy of. Three years and going strong. Yes, a real man and a hero’s story.

I do my curls, but they're more of the 12 and 16 ounce variety. Come to think of it, I sometimes piss on myself as well.

my Son is a para. He says things just like you do..........he works hard and plays hard and says well I better take extra clothes........cuz i am going to piss myself..........God love him and God Bless you..........you are right your are a real man........... You have what it takes to make it no matter what..........

Hell, Mikey, Sometimes I piss myself just bending over to pick something up off of the floor. Can't wait to see what happens when I start doing curls!!!!

Congrats on the curls...just passed the 2 year mark at the end of September...so Yaaayy for us both right ? I hear ya buddy...but we push on !! Love and Light !
