Hello,
You can't upload a photo to a blog entry but to upload a photo to your profile click on "About Me" at the top of the page. At the top of your profile page you will see this menu:
Menu: View My Profile Edit Details: General | Medical | Personal | Sharing and Security
Click on "General" and near the top of the page there is a place for you to upload a photo. You can "Browse" to it and then click "update photo." Don't forget to click the "submit" button all the way at the bottom of the page after making any changes.
