MAKE NEW FRIENDS but keep the old

0 Recommendations

I have made many friends in the disabled community. Most of them I meet at special rec. camp and school. There are some people I knew before the accident that I still keep in touch with. My question is, do y'all keep in touch or do you let the friendship fade?

Hi goldy

I have 2 disabled friends, one I met in elementary school and the other in high school. The one from high school, I try to keep in touch but it's hard and the one from elementary school, we haven't talked to each other or seen each other since middle school. Now there's nothing wrong on either of our parts like us having a disagreement that we never resolved or anything, we just fell out of contact. I have other friends who are able-bodied who I do keep in touch with occasionally on the internet too.

I keep in touch with most of my camp friends on line. I may see someone from school when I am out.
Each time I see old friends, it's like a reunion.
